PRODUCT EXCHANGE
• Exchange procedures for the products you purchase from Senna Design are carried out only through our website.
• Eveningwear, handcrafted products and hygienic products (such as swimsuits) cannot be exchanged.
• Product exchange is limited only to a different size of the same product and depends on stock availability.

PRODUCT RETURN
• You may return the product you purchased from Senna Design within 14 days from the delivery date by sending it to us together with your invoice via our contracted cargo companies.
• Return procedures are completed within 10 business days after the product reaches us.
• For a return, you must apply with the delivery note or invoice of the product; the tag must not have been removed, the product must be unused, and it must be returned with all accessories in its original condition.
• Returns are not accepted for eveningwear, handcrafted products and hygienic products (such as swimsuits).
• For purchases made with debit cards, the time for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank.
RETURN SHIPMENT
If you wish to return a product you have purchased, you can submit a return request by selecting the relevant order via the "My Account > My Orders" page. The shipping cost for the product you wish to return is covered by our company. For free return shipment, after creating your return request, you must send the product via our contracted cargo company according to the instructions provided. Shipments made with non-contracted carriers are at the sender’s expense; receiver-paid shipments are not accepted.
