Exchange operations for products purchased from Senna Design are processed exclusively through our website.
• Exchanges are not available for evening wear, handcrafted items, and hygienic products (such as swimwear).
• Product exchanges are limited to a different size of the same item only and are subject to stock availability.

PRODUCT RETURNS  
• You may return products purchased from Senna Design within 14 days of the delivery date by sending them to us with your invoice via our contracted shipping companies.
• Return processing is completed within 10 business days after the product reaches us.
• To process a return, the item must be accompanied by its waybill or invoice, have its original tags attached, be unused, and be returned with all accessories exactly as received.
• Returns are not accepted for evening wear, handcrafted items, and hygienic products (such as swimwear).
• For purchases made with Debit cards, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank.

RETURN SHIPMENT
If you wish to return a purchased item, you can create a return request by selecting the relevant order via the "My Account > My Orders" page.
The shipping fee for the item you wish to return is covered by our company.
To utilize free return shipping, you must send the package via our contracted shipping partner using the information provided by the system after creating your return request.
For shipments made using carriers other than our contracted partner, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer, and shipments sent with payment due upon receipt will not be accepted.
